| as far as a good AEG I don't know too many for under $150. This Tokyo Marui AUG is AMAZING. I am not just saying that either. There are sooo many upgrades in this thing that when you pull the triger there is a constant stream of bb's flying out the barrel. Its freaking insane. And since it has the butt ugly appearance, it can have a longer barrel (more suitable for your playing style I assume) http://airsoftforum.darkbb.com/aegs-high-end-f30/selling-some-airsoft-stuff-t101.htm
Otherwise, I highly recomend Echo 1's... not just from my expierences, but from mine and 4 of my friends. Its a pretty darn good gun for under $150!!! If you like that TM AUG check this Echo 1 AUG out:

| yeah, ADMIN was thinking about buying the one for sale on here b/c it has soo many upgrades to it. It is a monster. I kept teasing him about the looks of it though, we called it the Absolutely Ugly Gun lol But now I am thinking it looks pretty sweet. The Echo 1 clone promises to be a great model, and if you wanted to upgrade it, echo 1's are compatible with just about everything. Let us know what you are thinking about. Seabass and others on here are orders of magnitude smarter than I am so you can get some great insight before you order.
Good luck shopping.... |

| Depending on what type of replica's you like... I would recommend Echo 1's for under / around $150.
Here are a few of my favorites...
CQB style: G36c- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=1974 MP5- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=1972 AK74U (full metal)- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=2925 M614- http://www.airsoftarms.com/view_product.php?ProductID=8545&product_name=Echo+1%2C+Model+614+Airsoft+Electric+Gun
Assault rifle's: AK47- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=2167 M16DMR- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=2355 M14- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=2351 Stag15- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=1973 StagM4- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=2299 AUG- http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_163&products_id=3146
Other sites to find these if they arent in stock in links posted above (a lot werent that I noticed): www.precisionairsoft.net www.airsoftatlanta.com www.airsoftarms.com www.shortyusa.com
Now if you want my opinion... I like to be a little different than most people. If you ever go to a large event you will see atleast 90% of everyone there is carrying around an M4 or M16. They are great replica's and there are tons of parts for just about every make. You see a decent group of AK's every now and then, some G36 variants, Mp5's, but there are no where near as many of them as M4's or M16's on any given day. So if you want to be different... think about something other than an M4 or M16. As far as performance goes, most of these are going to be about the same with the acception that a few may have just a LITTLE better range and accuracy due to barrel length. I wouldnt worry about getting something based purely on the length of the inner barrel as you can get an MP5 shooting almost as accurate as an M16 if you really want to. Instead, look at function... things that will allow you to get tighter behind cover (like a folding stock), battery space, weight, length, magazine / parts cost, upgradeability, etc... I will be the first one to tell you that carrying around a 13 lb replica all day gets kinda old. I do it quite regularly, but thats because I am so buff. Also, if you are 5'5" you arent going to want to carry around a replica that is 6' long, it is incredibly hard to manuever through the woods with something that is as long as you are. That is why I prefer replica's that are a little more compact or can be made more compact via folding stock, collapsable stock, etc... Now with all that being said, I will give you my advice that I give to everybody... my suggestion is to pick whatever looks cool to you. You are the one that will be carrying it around all day and using it. In the end its just a matter of personal preference.
Hope that helps... _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury. Echo 1 Vector Arms AK - 400 FPS JG Bar 10 G-Spec - 520 FPS ICS M4 CQB - 325 FPS (Perfect for close encounters) |

| I just bought my Echo 1 G36C. In short, I love it. I used to use an Echo 1 M4 and it basically shoots the same. I like the G36C better than the M4 b/c it is shorter and a little more geared to handle any CQC situations b/c of it. While it still has the power and accuracy for longer ragnes. As seabass said, you will be giving up a little in barrel length, but it is also not a real gun so this does not have the affect as it would on a real gun. All in all, I am very pleased. The only problem I have with it stems from firing the last 100 bb's in the clip. You are going to have to get Mid Cap clips for any of these guns (the stock G36 clip is 470 rounds!!) if you plan on going to any events b/c most want it to feel more realistic. If you decide to get it, good luck finding it in stock. If you have any questions for me about it just pm me and I will try to answer them for you. |

| Roamer: excelent paint job on your shotty!!!
Wf sniper: Seabass has excelent tast in guns and had great infomation for you. Just buy what you like. If you want a m16 series rifle, classic army makes the ca25 a model of the military proposed sniper rifle system the m104. I held and shot one before they are great but if your shorter then the rifle it may not be a good idea.
Another great sniper aeg is the ca8 just ask ryan his feels awsome. The thing is, just go to your local shop and see what feels the best when you hold it. Thats how I ended up getting an aug. I had a sd6 but liked the feel and compactness of the aug when I held and shot one at an eventn that and the fact it was the size of a m4 but had a barrle over 500mm |

| Oh yeah, just wanted to add... if you prefer using your bolt action, maybe you should just get something like the following link's and use it as a sidearm when you go to events (I think I might have to do this here soon to accomodate my JG Bar 10 ):
Mp7- http://www.airsoftgearstore.com/product_info.php?products_id=71 Mp5k- http://www.airsoftarms.com/view_product.php?ProductID=8283&product_name=ECHO+1%2C+MP5+PDW+Automatic+Electric+Airsoft+Gun (Airsoftgi.com had them in stock but I liked this picture better as you can see the Mp5 much better)
Personally I would go with the E1 MP5k, just because I prefer the looks and it uses a conventional "stick" type airsoft battery unlike the MP7, which uses small rectangular packs like these: http://www.airsoftsmith.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=862 (I think they are limited to 7.2 volt, but I may be wrong). The MP5 will also most likely shoot about 40 fps faster than the MP7, which could make a pretty good difference.
I have heard that both of these are awesome for CQC and they would make an amazing sidearm when using a bolt action. You would have the upper hand at long and short range... just a thought.
If you friends wont let you play with them when using a bolt action, get some new friends... that is really lame. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury. Echo 1 Vector Arms AK - 400 FPS JG Bar 10 G-Spec - 520 FPS ICS M4 CQB - 325 FPS (Perfect for close encounters) |

| I really dont know much about the UTG M14, but with my Echo 1 M14 I had some serious problems getting it up over 400 fps. It is a really solid replica but due to the design you cant put a bore up kit in it and the gearbox really isnt meant to take really stiff springs. After a good bit of use the selector lever (different in M14's compared to other replica's) stripped out and it only shoots full auto now. This could be due to the added stress I had on it, but still it is something to take into consideration.
M16 / M4 will both suffer from barrel wobble eventually, there isnt one yet that I have come across that doesnt eventually have it. There is just so much weight up front and the way its designed its really hard to keep it from happening. -You can get it tighter feeling, but it wont ever feel perfect.
Not sure on the HK33 you are talking about. Might be good, or it might be prone to other problems. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury. Echo 1 Vector Arms AK - 400 FPS JG Bar 10 G-Spec - 520 FPS ICS M4 CQB - 325 FPS (Perfect for close encounters) |

| ive herd some horror stories about the UTG M14's... email Evil Head on Airsoftohio.com if you have any questions, he has one that needed some custom work just to fit a tight bore barrel.
i did hear rumor that Echo 1 might be making a full sized M14 in the future. but againi it was a rumor

| The UTG is very nice. The stock has a nice rubbery feel and it looks beautiful. It is also very quiet. My only complaints is that there is a good amount of trigger delay but it is consistent and that to be a true sniper it needs upgrades. But hey any stock AEG needs upgrades to be considered a sniper.
Just my 3 cents.(Ha I have a cent more than you!) _________________ The (not so) Lone Fox is Out
