| internaly the only difference is the type of materials that they two companies used, they can both use the same parts (standared TM VSR parts) and bodies. the only difference is one probably has a higher quality metal internally, or one has someones Logo, etc etc

| I did the air brake mod on my Bar10... it is VERY easy in comparison to opening an AEG mechbox. Honestly, I wouldnt be scared to take it apart.
It is a bit louder now, but it also has a LOT more range and velocity to make up for that. If your enemies cant engage you at the same point you can engage them you sorta have the upper hand whether your replica is quiet or not. That being said, my Bar10 is the G-Spec model and I made the mock surpressor functional. It is literally twice as loud without the surpressor on it... so I guess I have the best of both worlds. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury. | Very simple: I took the inner tube out of the mock surpressor (comes with it) that is solid an approximately 8-9mm in diameter, then I took a dremel with a drill bit in it and ported the entire thing with some nice size holes. After this, I took some soft foam rings that just fit over it nice and snug and pushed them all together. Then I inserted it back into the mock surpressor and bingo it is literally twice as quiet with it on compared to when it is off. The FPS is still the same and it is still just as accurate... definitely quieter though.
Slacker has heard it, he can vouche for it.
I actually did use a little teflon as well while I had it all apart. I didnt really see a point as to wrapping the hop up chamber with it though... so I just did the tip of the air nozzle on the cylinder head. I think the biggest thing that would help is to get a good O-Ring that creates a better seal around the actual piston because with the standard O-ring if you pull back the piston a bit and put your finger over the air nozzle on the cylinder head, you can tell air is escaping from around the piston due to a poor seal. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury.
