| i would agree with seabass but leapers are notorious for having the parallax effect. you might need to spend a little more than you were planning to get a red dot with out the paralax

| Honestley, i think i need at least an extra 10mm diameter for target acquisition. 30 just requires too much extra time to obtain a good look. Thanks for your help guys.

| You could always try the red dot I have on my AK out... great for target acquisition and also looks pretty cool on just about any gun. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 400+ FPS & 2500 rounds of pure fury. | I cannot help with what is the best manufacturer, as you no doubt have different makes to those available in the UK, but I certainly would recommend the largest Objective Lens you can get, giving the largest field of view, and excellent light gathering.
I once had a 30mm sight, while it served me well, I changed it for a Walther 50mm costing about $75 [after conversion from £ GBP] and never look back [no pun intended ]
The only down side was it reflected quite well, and as concealment is my main objective, it raised a small issue, that was resolved using an ARD [anti reflection device]
I found that gun smiths [stores] or Airgun stores offered a better selection than airsoft stores. |
