| Well, actually there is a cheap electric alternative. A member of my team bought one a while back and has seen a lot of success with it. It is a cheaper rifle so don't expect to get an awe-inspiring replica, but he's put probably 15,000 rounds through it and it still shoots as good as the day he bought it. He's recently upgraded to an AUG, but anyway. I'd consider it at the mid to lower end of the MPEG spectrum b/c the stock and grip are made of a somewhat cheaper plastic, although it does resemble (somewhat) to be made of wood. BUT, for $100 I'm very impressed with the gun itself.
It's the GB (Golden Bow, AKA JG) Dragunov. It's $100 at Airsplat and comes with a metal gearbox and battery/charger (although you'll probably want to upgrade to a better battery and smart charger). Check it out here if that's the gun you're interested in:

| | Thanks a lot. That link from world guns was the SV i was trying to find but dragonuvs are like my all time favorite semi sniper. That $1000 dragonuv was really nice...REALLY NICE. I'll be coming into some money soon to be able to buy that one but that GB is definitely a nice alternative. Thanks again. |
