When do you get more people out

do you eliminate mre people on the move ( mobile ) or by staying put ( stationary ) . ?

P.S. kind of a branch off of that poll mobile or stationary .

I would say you typically get more kills while remaining mobile, whether you're a sniper or not. But, obviously, most events don't come down to how many kills you can get. So although a sniper may get more kills by moving around often, I think they're also just as important when they're called in to defend a specified area and remain fairly stationary in doing so. And I'd say that's typically what sniper's will be called in to do - basically to stay in certain areas and harass any opponents that come near them.

I always get out when I have to move. I also EVERY TIME I PLAY see somebody yelling at the opposition b/c they had to move and therefore were shot.

I don't want to say it depends like everybody loves to do on polls (myself included) so I will say the following:

I like to think of it as reactions. If you are made to react to somebody, then chances are they are going to have a shot at you. Conversely, if you make somebody react to you, then that might open up a shot for you. This would generally mean (for me at least) that the person moving would be the one reacting and the person doing the shooting (and hopefully gaining the kill) would be the more stationary of the two. And that my friends is my answer...

If you choose neither, are you even playing airsoft? I mean, you either have to move or stay put. If there is a third option, (that being the one for neither) please explain.

I think you could look at this two ways. When i first looked at the question I assumed that you meant without getting out or hit. but then i realized that as much as i am more affective when I'm mobile, i am much more safe and steady when I'm stationary.
