Welcome to the forum!!!
I see that you are interested in a sniper rifle. Any interest in an AEG such as m4, m16 or g36? |

| Well... I would say send me a PM if you needed any help, but it seems as though every person on the forum has already jumped all over that.
Let me be of some help... the "ask a pro" section would be a great place to ask for advice.
As far as bolt actions go, I am a fan of the JG Bar 10 because it is extremely upgradeable and it shoots pretty good out of the box. It also is somewhat inexpensive... check out this link and you will find it in the listings: http://www.airsoftgi.com/index.php?cPath=139_113&osCsid=c0b698475e279a3be3fc3dc65dd50e8c I have a few posts up on the forum about how you can modify them without spending any money... check them out.
Honest opinion: I would recommend starting out with an AEG as it will be very versatile and allow you to figure out what kind of player you are. If you buy a bolt action you are kind of limited to being a "sniper", which may not be your cup of tea down the road. All AEG's (over $130) will shoot pretty similar, some higher end models may have better accuracy and rate of fire, but in the end BB's come out of the barrel and go down range accurately over a good distance. Brands to look into: Echo 1 (Good bang for the buck), Classic Army (Nice components and attention to detail), and Tokyo Marui (King of reliability)... if you have a bunch of money to throw around look into Systema. Some good websites to look these brands up on: www.airsoftsmith.com www.airsoftatlanta.com www.precisionairsoft.net www.trinityairsoft.com www.airsoftgi.com www.airsoftarms.com Those should keep you busy... if you need to find a part / replica / anything airsoft, you now know where to come.
Welcome to the forum. _________________ Classic Army MG36 - 2500 rounds of pure fury. Echo 1 Vector Arms AK - 400 FPS JG Bar 10 G-Spec - 520 FPS ICS M4 CQB - 325 FPS (Perfect for close encounters) |
