Well about a week ago, I ordered a WELL L96 sniper from airsplat. Along with it, i got some more bbs, some .2's for my mp5 and pistol, and .25's for my sniper. Anyways, it takes 6 days for the shipment to arrive, which i guess isn't bad since I live in Florida. I cut open the box, and at first everything looks perfect. ON closer inspection I see that :

- I received a sniper rifle with no logo of WELL (generic brand? I have never gotten any WELL merchandise before and neither have my friends so I have no clue)
- The gun did not come with the bipod and scope( airsplat sent me the wrong kit)
- The 3000 rounds of .25 bbs i ordered transformed into a 4000 rd bag of .2's

So i am pretty mad about this.
I email airsplat, they email back, and send an email to the shipping branch of airsplat.,
and 3 days later the shipping section sends back an email that the scope and bipod are on the way ( probably will take another 6 days).
The management was nice, but it was all a little frusterating.
I didnt mention the .25 mix up because i can use the .2s for my other guns and just order .25s again, this time from a different retailer (sorry airsplat Sad

)

In conclusion, although my results weren't as expected, they were still nice and corrected what was wrong. It has been.. 5 days since i got the shipment and emailed airsplat, and about 3 days since my scope and bipod were shipped. Overall, if you want a gun from airsplat, order it. It was probably just a mix up or something (two mixups in one shipment? Shocked

).
I might order guns from airsplat again, but i probably won't be ordering smaller shipments ( bb's, accesories, etc.)

It was nice that they fixed the problem because there are some online sellers that wouldn't. BUT, that still stinks they screwed up in the beginning! I've bought my boyfriend bbs through them and haven't had any problems yet. I'd give them an A- for my experiences with them

I have put in a few orders and they seem to be alright so far as well, but it does take a little while to get packages from them.

Buy the way don't listen to there FPS ratings unless it says it was measured with .2 gram BB's. And there effective range doesn't even come close to the actual real effective range.

Man that's unfortunate. It's hard enough waiting for your guns without a mix-up! As for the WELL logo, I doubt it would come with one on the actual gun itself. I can't say that with certainty, but if it's anything like my UTG, the only logo you'll find is on the box it came in... it did have the logo on the box, right?

Anyway, it's cool that you didn't get completely ticked off at Airsplat and refuse business with them or tell others never to shop through them as many people would. Of course that was a pain for you, and it is Airsplat's fault, but as long as they don't make these mistakes often and they fix them when they do, then they're okay in my book Smile

*by the way, I ordered my L96 through them as well. Quick shipping and didn't mess up my order Wink

i think you cant really slam on them too hard, because they are a massive airsoft company. all the same, that is no excuse to give you the wrong package. although, my friend bought a gun from them and it worked for a while but then broke/jammed. instead of unjamming it, my friend kept trying to shoot it, so i think he broke it personally

I bought my sniper rifle from them and it was on back order for 6 weeks Crying or Very sad

but i got it and it all semmed fine i would buy from them again but i think there shipping is high but as far as anything else gos they were good

only real issue i have with them is Shipping price and the wait!! I dont know about you but waiting 2 - 3 weeks for a gun you wanted for a while is hard!! Smile

I thought that the shipping at airsplat is free. At least thats what it says at the top of the page. Question

Read the fine print. Only certain orders that cost over a certain amount are free - like my order at pyramydair. It was free because an L-96 UTG is over 150 bucks. A lot of sites have this to get more customers and most of the time if you are buying a gun it is going to be over the amount they set .

Alright so my friend and I ordered an mp5,two m9's, two tactical leg holsters and an ak47. We ran into the same problem as Sentinel. We got the mp5 and one m9 after 7 days of ordering which was nice but my friend did not recive his ak47,or leg holster and i didnt recive my pistol or leg holster. About another week and only my m9 came in. We called Airsplat wondering when our other gear would come in, they said it should be another week which we both are still waiting for the leg holsters and the ak47 which it has been about a month. Even though they mix their orders up they will work with you and ive enjoyed ordering from them even if it takes time to recive your gear. I would give Airsplat an b+

I ordered another shotgun of airsplat just about 3-4 days ago so yea ill tell you how that turns out....if i remember Razz
