It's jg and since they make a killer g36 is their g3 good for a long range rifleman not dm. gun and would this scope mount work mount

The G3 should be fine. It has a V3 gearbox like the G36. However it will not have 7 mm bushings like the G36.
The rail mount should be fine.

if u had the money get the echo 1 it is better and by the way wats yer price range for yer m16

If you are going to be using the gun in a Sniper, Sniper support, or DRM position go with the G3, even in stock form the range and durability is quite impressive. Personaly I would use a different Scope mounting rail, ( G&G G3/PSG Low Mount Rail ), but that all comes down to the users choice.
