| I guess I kinda jumped to gun and started posting right away, so I would like to introduce myself. I'm from Northwest Ohio near the city of Lima. I'm 20 going on 21 this April. My position on my team is more of a designated marksman than a sniper because I use an Echo 1 Aug. I'm also really big into fabricating airsoft equipment as I've made my own claymore from scratch. Really enjoying the forums and can't wait to get to know some of you better. | |

| Hey welcome to the forums. What kinda of mechanism did you use for the claymore? Like a spring-loaded mousetrap kind of thing? | |

| Yes I used two large rat traps with a piece of vinyl connecting them. Then I used spring loaded hinges for the door of the device. I'll have to upload some pictures. | |

| I do not yet have an account on there. Fun fact, my father works at general dynamics which is the place I assume you speak of. They do tanks and the strikers mostly I believe. | |

| My friends and I have also made claymore, but we barely use them in battle. I was more off just to add to the airsoft collection. | |
