Which gun 171 budget

I'm looking at that gun right now. Read the description and tell me what you think.

Any other gun suggestion would be appreciated.

I've heard decent things about this gun, and I think it would be a good choice for a first gun. However, I am sorta tire of EVERYONE having m4s, but Its your choice.

True every body has an M4/M16 but that shouldent matter... JG I really don't know what to think of them I have heard good stuff and bad stuff. The FPS is a little to high if you plan to play on airsoft fields and the average FPS allowence is 400 FPS but you could fix that by getting a weaker spring. I would go with the Echo 1 it would probably last longer and have a lower FPS and might last a bit longer and would have better internals.

This is mine and i love it.
The ROF isn't the best and fps is probly about 410ish.
The hop up is terrible which i will be replacing, and it does shot a bit hot for regulated fields
As it does break skin quite often

I totally agree with you on that, but the only other gun choice would be a Styer AUG. That's a great gun in all, but I'm looking forward to CQB.
The good thing about M4's is because of the upgrades.

You may be right with that, but in the field that i've played with once was 500 fps. There were a few snipers but they had about a 150ft kill zone with 480 fps. I might look at Echo1 though

Well like I said the average is 400 FPS for an AEG not sure on snipers but yeah there is a range which they cannot engage somebody with there sniper. Which is why some feilds require snipers to have a pistol or a PDW so they can shoot those targets. Check out Echo 1 there a good company and is common so if your looking at an M4/M16 chances are somebody else is going to have that gun also. BUT this can be a good thing then you have interchangable mag's so you could share with your squad if you need to. I have a Echo 1 M16A4 ive had it since Febuary played a few games with it and its still strong and accurate. My buddy has the same gun and he's had his for about a year and compared to mine it still shoots the same like its new.

If you want to lower fps without replacing the spring, there is a new Madbull barrel coming out called the Crawler or something so you would take out your barrel and slide the new MB barrel in( i believe it has hopup too) and it will lower fps down alot, I think it was designed for guns that run too hot for Cqb

Most fields have an fps limit of 300-350, so there is no way that that m4 will be allowed

NO! if your playing at a CQB field that MP5 will not be accepted at any field. At a CQB field your going to have to get a gun with an FPS lower than 350 and if you want an MP5 go with this Echo 1 MP5 it has a interchangable lower reciver one for field and woods and another for CQB. The only difference is the FPS one is higher for woodland and the other lower for CQB.

If your looking for a cheap AK-47 now look at CYMA AK's they make pretty good AKs. The plastic one is $99 and theres also a full metal for $180. They also make an AK-74, AK-74u, AK-101, AK-103 and I think an AK-105. Is that Double Eagles? I dident know they made guns other than there L96.

Yeah that's Double Eagles, is there l96 good? because if it's the same as the other L96's, then im buying this AK

There L96 is really good! I don't know about there AEG's but there L96 is awsome. Ive never used it or seen it but im sure if you look it up on youtube or read some reviews somewhere its a good gun and its accurate.

I think that gun is actually very good for me starting. I also play on paintball fields. if it uses the same parts as others, (metal internals, ver3 gearbox,
high torque motor) also if i decide to upgrade it i can because it's metal. I might get a red dot though.

A red dot would be cool and that would be a good starter gun. I don't know about upgrades for it if its tokyo marui compatable its probably upgradable.

Is TM the best brand you can get because everyone makes a fuss over them.

Yes I would say they are. Full metal and they last a really long time my buddy has one thats 3 years old. They are upgradable until you run out of money. KWA is the second best I think there Li PoLy ready which increases the FPS to make it have a crazy ROF. That AK is TM compatable so you could upgrade it and most parts on the market will be compatable.

Hey I decided I'm not going to get the AK47, because I do not want it to break easily. I'm just gonna save up some more and buy a metal gun, tri sling, and a smart charger. here i like.

Um im not sure about Cybergun I haven't really heard much about them that Thompson looks pretty good full metal with trademarks. But keep in mind that Thompson magazines are expensive and are ussualy mid-caps.

Personally i'd go for the JG/Echo1 but for around $170 you can get these

CYMA good AK platform like noted by S.T.O.R.M. First 2 are classic army sportlines
