CYMA CM030 "Glock" Legal Laws?

Before I start, I just want to tell you guys this is not a "What Gun" Question.

So anyway, I saw a review on the CYMA CM030 electric pistol glock review. They told me they got it from airsoft G.I., so I went to their website and called them but they didn't have it. They told me they can't sell it because its a "Glock".
I went to airsoft Carolina and I saw that they have the electric pistol. My question is, why can Airsoft Carolina have it and not G.I.?

Also, i was thinking If I get the gun, I want to put a rail extension on it. If I break off the orange tip, (You have to for the rail) and replace it with a barrel extension, is it okay for me to put a orange tip on the barrel extension?

Probably because they have some left in stock that they are trying to sell but they probably wont be getting a new shipment of them.

Airsoft Carolina does get shipments they said, I saw it in one of their reviews.

I know the review your talking about and that review is probably a month or two old. I think this legal stuff is kind of recent.

Yeah so is it illegal for me to own that pistol? Because I was thinking of buying it and getting a rail/barrel extension for it.

I don't think it would be im sure a bunch of other people own the gun I don't think you should have a problem with it.

So if i put a barrel extension and put a orange tip on it, i wont get stopped by a police in a airsoft war?

The police wont say anything about it haveing legal issues. As long as you have an orange tip the police wont bother you but remeber just for good measures if you here sirens and or see lights drop your gun and don't move.

Was it my review? I own the gun and from what I understand, Glock sued Cyma for using their name without permission. So Atlanta is selling them illegally. don't risk buying one.

I dunno. I don't use it much anymore. I use a shotgun as my secondary right now.

This reminds me of the time when i was five and my friend and I were playing "Guns," at the school on the weekend. well i had this rubberband gun, and the cops drove up to me and asked me what i was doing with that gun at a school. I proceeded to shove the gun up my shirt and said "what gun?" and after that the smiled and drove away. Now that i think about it, it seems kinda odd.

The reason they can't sell it is becouse Heckler & Koch (H&K) The manufacturerures of Glock have the name Glock copyrighted. I recently listed my CA8-2 on Ebay and it was promply removed becouse the other name for it is CA SL8 wich is a patent of H&K. I also recieved a lenghty email from H&K saying they vigerously protect thier copyrights and will do anything to protect them. Correct me if im wrong but a while back H&K banned the sale of all airsoft weapons bearing thier logos or name.
