Fishing

Since we are always out airsofting in the woods, does anyone do any fishing?

While playing airsoft? No.

When I am not playing airsoft? Love fishing.

well here in C-Bus im surounded by a good 15mile metal jungle. so no i dont get to fish alot. in the past ive been fishing with the rec, the only "real" fishing trip i took was back in my birth state of Illinois, and that was near my grandpa's old farm. that muste been 9years ago too.

I used to go to Lake Hope (near mcarther/ nelson ville area for all you southern Ohio-ins), i dont think we fished alot though. i did however go kayaking every other day down there

i would like to go fishing sometime in my life though, but i think it would be a once in a lifetime kinda just to say i did it thing.
i think im more of the hunter type, maybe a hiker.

Actually Lake Hope is kinda fun to fish for smaller fish. It is generally pretty calm as well, so that helps things a bit.
The best fishing I have seen lately was up at Lake Erie. Both my dad and I hit the catch limit in about 4 hours... all small mouth bass that were very large and gave up some good fights. It was a lot of fun.

I would like to do some fishing on the ocean sometime... I am sure that would be a good time.

sure do love to fish do it any time i get a chance to been in a couple of tournaments too...i mostly bass fish though.... and the season is starting to come in as well as airsoft,tractor pulling and reenactments....as you can tell i have too many hobbies lol

I will have to agree....golf, fishing, jet skiing, airsoft.... The fishing season is getting ready to start up. I have already been out with my dad, but no luck yet. I did some ice fishing the past winter. It was a lot of fun and I caught a lot of fish before my toes went numb and we had to pack it up. Anyone else ever tried it?

I like fishing, but I am not good at it. I just like the quiet... I used to have a house with a pond. It would take me a whole day of rapala lures to catch a 5-7lb bass... Lots of bluegill, but only one nice bass

tomorrow hopefully I will go fishing for a Seabass
I just shoot them though... no remorse.

In Ri we're on the ocean i go fishing almost everyday. One time a huge school of stripers swam right by me it was pretty cool even though I didnt catch one lol

How is fishing in the ocean? I have always wanted to try deep sea fishing... have you ever done that?

if i was going to fish i would try to fish in the ocean. it just seems funner than being on a ruver.

Deap sea fishings pretty cool we catch alot of sharks and i've gone spear fishing and caught some rockfish and LOBSTERS my favorite seafood.

Spearfishing? Is that where you snorkle (sp?) and harpoon fish!?! That is freakin sweet Cenasbiggest!

I love fishing its pretty cool . My Uncle is a Charter boat Captain so I go deep sea fishing a whole lot . I love it .

I enjoy sea fishing, and being on a small Island, I'm never far from the coast.

I love the coast and fishing expecially , don't you love how some one can post something on an old thread and then it is popular again .

I live in N. GA, so mainly we have fresh water lakes. The two big ones near me are Lake Alatoona and Lanier.

Though fishing from the banks is not as fun as a boat. And since we do not have a boat, we don't go fishing.

so my loss.

We go fishing on the river alot too , our town seems to stay on the river . We are one of those small southern towns where Friday and Saturday Nights are one heck of a party and parties alot of times are on the river in boats tied together , to make one big RedNeck Yatch Club .

Lol. that also gives you the advantage of no one calling the cops on you when you play airsoft.

Redneck yacht club, if you wanna see one of those go to lake alatoona. There are some pretty gnarly places. then you have contrast where you have rich "Watch your language" with actual yachts. lol

Oh yeah down south we have it made fishing and airsoft , LOL .
