How would you recruit new players?

Ok i did some searching and i didnt see any threads about the best way to recruit new players to Airsoft. I already guessed that you need to appeal to the persons tastes, as it where. but i lack the intelligence and charisma to recruit people without help. Any past experiances would be helpful.

Get your friends interested in airsoft. Don't treat it too seriously. Find local pros...

Any leadership skills you can gain/learn will also help you find some people to airsoft with, but not only play airsoft, but also find potential friends.

Well TAC 327 recruits based off of 3 principles:

-Age
Typically we wont take new players unless they are at least 13 years of age. This principle is void if said person has a legal guardian with him/her at ALL functions, games, etc.

-Character
Player must have (a) positive attitude (b) friendly disposition (c) team player.

-Playing Style
We recruit in-field on the basis of skill. Generally we look for players that stand out to us...but often ask newer players to join up to get help and support they need to grow in the hobby.


Basically, make it out to your local field...take a look around..."scout" some players...ask em if they'd be interested in being a-part of a team...and give em info when requested.
