You Know What Is Motivating? Running To Cadence! OOHRAH!

I love running to cadence! Best thing in the world!
Anybody know any good cadences?

One of my personal favorites goes

I could run to Haiti, like that

And I reply with a whole lotta anger

and so on and so on...

This one is good too.

Yeah I'm gonna get some of those sooner or later. I gotta start running...

I gotta be honest with you. When the school year started, I dreaded PT. But now, I love doing PT. You get a great feeling from doing PT.

What exactly is Running to Cadence?
Running while singing? haha

it gives you something else to think about when your lungs are burning, and in the long turn, it improves lung function.

I use a lot of his insults to piss off the Cadets under my command. Before inspection, fireteam and squad leaders are supposed to review their Cadets. You will often hear me say, "Jesus H. Christ, (censored), you look like Joe "Watch your language" the Rag Man!" haha

No cadence...just run

I hum a little thing and it makes me go faster and farther.... it works(AND good for me because the muscles in my legs get messed up without exersise(sp?)

WOW Just listening to the C130 Rolling down the strip video it hurt my lungs and side. I hate running.

and if I die in a combat zone , box me up and ship me home

That is an excellent cadence. I sometimes run my squad to that.

Cadence's are great! Its kinda cool to run in step with 10-25 other cadets all singing the same words....

IDK just gives me the butterfly's and puts a big dumb smile on my face, especially if I'm leading the cadence!

Just listened to a couple more cadences , "Mad Dog" , "full metal jacket cadence" , "I used to sit at home all day" and "blood and guts" OORAH!! great cadences.
