The fifth year for the annual Oklahoma Invasion just got BIG! For the fifth installment we have a cast of new teams, a new Area of Operations (AO) and real working Military Vehicles. This two-day experience will have more than 17 hours of gameplay, including a night operation. This established event will thrill and challenge everyone from the beginner to the hardcore Mil-Sim player. The progressing storyline will utilize over 750 acres that include a network of roads, townships, bunkers & DFP's, bridges, blown-out vehicles and an airport. Each side will have its own set of Military Vehicles and a VIP Commander that has served and made a career in the US Armed Forces. They're also heavily experienced with large game Airsoft Command. The wildcard mix consisting of a Unit of Contractors hellbent on making money, civilian role players living their lives in a war zone and a United Nations Task Force will enhance this already dynamic weekend. This has become the most attended game in the central U.S. with attendees from coast to coast again in 2010!

This first "early bird" enlistment session will be from February 1st to February 7th at Midnight at a cost of $65. Starting February 8th, price will be $75.

Wow, another month went by and over 200 registered bringing the total, with 4 weeks left to go, to 352+…Thanks to those that have registered and paid. On April 15th, Registration goes up to $85 and if you sign up past this date you will not receive a shirt. Registration closes on Sunday, April 25th. You may pay $100 Cash at the gate, on Friday the 30th or Saturday the 1st.

Lots to go over, ensure everyone you know gets this information, especially command.

The IFOK Army is full and closed but we do need to fill a few slots…
XO – Apply to Top Radkie himself.
Supply Capitan – Got what it takes to keep your army supplied?
EMS/EMT Mobile Respawn Unit Driver - This position replaces the Supply 1st SGT. Apply to Claymore, Driver must be mature and most of all worthy of this position.
1st LT, 2nd Platoon – Apply to Frosty or Top.
Chalk 3 -Shadow Pack (Chocolate Chip) – Needs more players, apply to: Dracx@Shadow-Pack.com if you are interested.

OKPA
Supply Capitan – Got what it takes to keep your army supplied?
EMS/EMT Mobile Respawn Unit Driver - This position replaces the Supply 1st SGT. Apply to Claymore, Driver must be mature and most of all worthy of this position.
OKPA-QRF (Green MARPAT) – There are a total of 7 open slots. Interested? Apply to Claymore.
30- Squad Members (players) slots to fill. Some are SAW, HWS, Medic and rifleman.

CG-18
6 slots open, if you want to run with the best mercenary crew in the land, apply to raven@milsimevent.com with your Airsoft and Real World Resume. Lone wolf and non team players are preferred. Some applications may be turned down as this team is looking for a specific player. Multicam is the UOD.

Survivors
Only a few slots left! This team will be a force to be reckoned with. Want to play milsim as a militia insurgent and run in small hit and run teams? Need to bring someone else that is not milsim, this is the place for your girlfriend, wife, dad, mom or friend that wants to come but does not have the “kit” to support a team slot. We are looking for more LARP players that will enhance the game. Believe me when I say that there are some surprises that will be known at the game coming from the Civilian Survivors…

UN Task Force
We can take on a few more experienced players or real world operators. 5 - 6 more preferred and must apply to Claymore. Thanks to Tascabe and his BTR-40, he will allow the UN Task Force to be Highly Mobile with this APC in the AO.

Photographers and Videographers
We have it in the works to make a DVD, shot and produced by a professional film crew. We are asking that you provide us with the media you take during the game, Video and Pictures. If you media is worthy of the DVD you’ll see it in there and be credited.
We are also asking for others to be a part of this venture, your mom or dad attending or even your spouse…We’ll put them in the AO and they can capture what they can, No Field Fee.

What to look for in the coming weeks

Radio Frequencies for all teams. This IS coming. Not all will be please as radios are always an issue. Be prepared for PL tones or Sub Channels regular IFOK and OKPA Army! We will go with the posted solution and have an on site backup plan. Be patient and understanding, thanks.

Official Game Scenarios, everyone will be informed as to what the overall missions will be. ONLY the commanders, SQL’s and up will have the specific mission set that will be presented on Fridays commanders meeting.

Friday’s Fun day schedule; We will be offering everything from Tactical GPS classes to pistol, rifle and sniper competitions along with many vendors and sponsor booths to shop and gawk at.
APC and Deuce Tours of the AO will be offered as well as your own free walk to check out the awesome facility.

If you are staying at the AO in a Tent or RV, Keep your celebratory festivities on the DL. With over 200 registered campers discretion is key. Keep EVERYTHING Lawful, Please.
