| I recently saw a thread that talked about how bad reusing bbs can be. I have been reusing mine ever since i got them, but i always check them before using them to see if they have cracks, flat spots etc. If i continue this practice, is there a good chance of getting my gun damaged? | |

| In short, yes.
Reusing BBs can be just asking for a problem sooner or later. Some dirt getting in the Hop-up or barrel can cause issues. Older BBs can break inside the barrel screwing that up. Really i just don't see a point to reusing BBs, this isn't paintball where a case of paint can run $60-$80. It's airsoft where you can pay $10 for 5000 BBs and depending on the player/gun and how often they play that can last them a month or so. | |

| Yeah, you used to be able to buy 10,000 .23s off Evike for $20. I don't know if they still do that, but my point is, bbs are cheaps. Internals are not. | |
