I've used the material before. Stack it about 3 layers thick and it will stop bb's. Just be sure to pad it and add a mesh cover so it doesn't take on the full force of the bb. | |

| lexan is a material similar to plexiglass but stronger a thick enough piece of lexan can be "bulletproof". Lexan costs about twice as much but you can get a 3ft by 2ft sheet for around 40$. You could probably cut a belt and drill holes in it for an adjustable back handle. as for the front handle make it non-adjustable like s plastic handle. you could easily attach by drilling holes and putting screws in. the place i go and play airsoft is called elite ops only been open for 1 month. but they have a ply-wood ballistic shield with a rectangular hole at the top for vision. and the handles are just thick rope covered in duct tape it actually works pretty good. | |

| Dude, what my buddy did to save money was he used a old bodyboard and he drilled four holes into it and then put straps through. | |
