Update about my team

Hey guys just posting up an update. We're having ournext practice today, one of the more experienced players from another team is going to train us. We got a new player who is going to be our sniper. Kinda funny story with him is he wanted to join the team so he contacted me on myspace letting me know he was good at sniping, but he said he had an academy sniper rifle. So i told him about how those kinds of guns would not be able stand up against guns that my team, or the other teams have so I pointed hhim to a jg bar 10 from airsoft gi, but he said that he did not know how to buy stuff online so he kinda left off with the intention of getting an academy gun. The next day his statues on myspace said he got a m8a3. I didn't know what kind of a gun that was so i pressumed it was an academy gun so i used my friend google to search the gun. The results were an echo 1 gun and man the gun looked nice, he got a red and green dot scope with it also...The thing is he didnt order it online because he took pics of it and posted them. He bought them from the Green beret which is our local store. The thing is they charge about 300$ for a jg so i stay away from them and only buy bb's. I did some calculating and he probably spent anywhere from 300-500$ which is a lot of money.

Remember to have him train, and remember that the gun does not make the player!

Alright. Yeah i know the gun doesnt make the player it's just I'm still in shock to show him a 100$ gun, and he goes out and buys a 500$ gun. Thanks help is appreciated.

oh i just wanted to put an update, i thought it would probably go good here in the general discussion. We just had the practice. I am sore, and they got a head shot off on me.

Tell your sniper he is doing an excellent job! Give that kid a klondike bar! But tell him to try to aim for center mass from now on. The head shot is a great shot, but it's an excellent way to piss people off.

I can see why
The only thing is that i was told to move up to poor cover, and i was getting shot at. I saw the guys, so i opened fire on them I guess my bb's whizzed passed them. I was the only one suppressing fire my team went back to grab the shield -_- it was good though because we were slowly making our way up the field by using the shadows, and covering one while the other moved up.

indeed jarhead Ive still got welts from a week ago lol where our DM shot me two shots to the face xD I'll get him back though, got a 40mm with his name on it

I'd still warn him though. Congratulate him on the excellent shot, then warn him that in an actual game, people will get pissed when they're shot in the head
