Signatures (GIF, Flash, etc...)

So I want to have and "interactive" signature...like a nameplate with buttons to my list of posts, threads, and contact information.
I made it in Adobe Fireworks and this is what it looks like right now:



It'll be smaller...and the buttons work...but I just posted a jpg to show you what I mean.

The problem is...I don't know how to put it into my signature?
Do I save it as a .GIF or flash or something? I don't know!

Umm try saving it as a gif that should work, it's worked for me.

An "animated gif" or just a gif?

try regular animation is usually moving items. if you have made ''buttons'' for websites which is the same deal they were regular gifs animation gifs are like people avatars. also idk if it will work unless each layer is a different link, plus it may not be supported.

It is supported, you know those little mini bar sigs? When you make them and post them they link back to that sites home page, you have to manulay remove that section.. So make one of those things and you can see how it's saved.
