The point is that supposedly this will stop the front end of the V2 mechbox from cracking off. It almost looks like it would work, but IMO not worth it if you are shooting under 400 and 20BB's per second...

Sorry, I won´t be kneeling.
This is nothing new, has been around for a few years and like sticks stated, if you are not shooting over 400 FPS ( 450-500 would be better ), this shock absorber is pretty much wasted money. Since it is only for M4/AR15/M16 systems the use is limited, and to add insult to injury, with the introduction of CNC Hardend Steel V2 Gearboxes ( M210 Spring ), that costs 20 dollars more than the listed Shock absorber, I think this is going to go the way of the Kiwi Bird.
