Which kind of Propane adapter?

Well im going to be getting s KJW M700 about people have told me to use Propane insted of GG beccause GG can jack up ur hop up etc... Well i was wondering... Should i get a metal propane adapter like a madbull one or one like this? http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=29619
Now i know this is like a cheapy one but alot of people say that the metal ones bend REALLY easily and it jacks it up, ALSO people say that the metal ones break the seal or the "O ring" type thing on the mag gas port.

I use this yellow KJW one that's really good. It hasn't broken on me yet!

Its hard to say, really.

Some people swear by plastic adapters and say the metal ones bend and break...
But some people swear by the metal ones and say the plastic ones crack...

Its really just "pick one and pray" from what I can see.
But I would suggest the plastic ones, as Jarhead said. Heard more good about those than anything else.
