Foam...and paint...QUESTIONS!

OK!

So I have this badass drone (well, not quite. still needs new camera and GPS)...now I need a badass paint job.
I'm thinking something along the lines of navy grey with black or dark grey ID...just going to put my HAM callsign, that way if it is lost someone can trace it back to me.
(I'm also going to make a label to put on the underside with contact info and "if found" stuff).

What kind of paint should I be using?
ELAPOR foam is the name of the game. Will standard acrylics work?
Spray or brush?

I'm wanting a really matte, non-reflective/shine look.

Accrylics should work, but for safety of the paint, i'd go with oil based paints. Acyrilics wash off with water, oils don't. Just a thought.
