Photoshop Requests

I'm really getting into photoshop and I need some projects to show to my teacher for extra credit...
So if any teams/players/websites have banner/tag/etc. requests, please post up!

Perhpas a bit of a challange here for you....im looking for a simple dragon design with the phrase "Vestigia terrent" on it..heres three pics with kind of what im looking for, nothing to intricate since i plan on making it into patches. don't even know if you can do somthing like this but it's worth a try..im useless with photoshop ><

I also will see what I can do, Ill have one done hopefully with in an hour or so, do you want a square or round patch? I can do both, and I will more than likely use the picture on the right.

Just thought I'd add my own little bit in, but working with a dragon is always hard, especially in patch form, so i just did the round one, hope you like it

I honestly do not like the text on top at all... Im sure durkee can do a better job =)

What camo/color scheme are you runnin'? Im assuming MARPAT or woodland BDU...but Idunno.
That would decide what the background color would be...

Tha is brilliant mate. As for loadout I use three sets, ACU, MARPAT..and im soon going to buy a set of X-Cam (Digital BDU pattern)

Could you make a banner out of that for use here? Be amazing if you could...now I just need to find a place that can make the patch. And a banner would be a better thing for extra credit usage..go wild xD

Kinda stinks tho..the place we used for our JROTC patches has a req that you must order a min of 50 custom patches so blarg.

www.butlerpatches.com is a good one. They only require a minimun if 10 and have free shipping. Thats where my team got their's...

Other than that, a local store...like a sporting goods place or craft store may have embroidery services that can do it.
That would be the best way of doing it because you can have more say-so in the process and make changes if you want.

So is that background and color scheme good? I can make a few other samples with other schemes if you want.

UPDATE:
I just put in a price quote request with Butler Patches. Is 3.75" x 2.875" good for you? Thats standard size for shoulder patches I think...but I may be wrong.

Well heres a pic of the set ill be using the most..that color sceme might stand out a bit much?



Perhaps somthing ODish...or green/brown pattern?

That actualy sounds like a realy good idea..maybe he could make some money for the site as well, to help ofset the costs.

Lets not bring money into it then things get all business like and people get greedy!

BTW On the Patch design I had recently thought of just having 2 Upper case A's Offset and have the site motto going around the rim......just a simple design that would represent the site pretty well

I think its a good idea. All the money would go to Admin to keep the site running. He's doing us all an amazing favor by paying domain fees time and time again...even though he's not on very much. He's not gaining from it really, its charity!

You sir, are briliant. The OD tan looks amazing..think I will be ordering me a set when i get my next paycheck..being in college sucks, you only see your money long enough to kiss it good bye.

As a side ill be ordering the colored one as well, to wear during briefings and what not so people can see it :p,,you think the blue be ok with X-Cam?

Or perhpas just a simple black background white dragon and text?

Eh, ya the blue...probably not haha.

But if there is a minimum requirement for patches wherever you go, Ill take one also and pay you back for it.

Thats as close as I can get to white and black without ruining the subdued effect.

Are you guys serious about wanting an AA patch? Talk to Admin and get the go-ahead...and I'll do it for free. All proceeds will go to Admin as long as I get credit for the work hahaha.
