Whats in your standard bag?

So a buddy calls you up, and tells you he needs you to come and play in a skirmish, he doesnt know what you are going to need and how many people are going to be there. What do you bring with you to be prepared for many situations, and what do you for standard stuff.(other than guns and optics)
In my rucksack:
Binoculars
Swiss army knife
.2 gram bbs
.25/.28 gram bbs
2 walkie talkies with extra batteries
compass
canteen
other tools (tape hex wrenches)
ghillie poncho

My ruck is mostly medical and radio supplies right now because I needed a "go-bag" during the fires in SoCal last Fall...and haven't reorganized it yet. Ended up actually needing it when the flames started creeping up the hill a few blocks down. We were ordered to evacuate and I grabbed my gear and headed to the fire line. Was put on standby to handle emergency comms for the OCFD and helped with the evacuations. Crazy stuff

My standard load is as follows, although the majority of gear I'll take is event-specific.
-Medikit
-Gerber
-Water
-Few thousand .20's, .25's, and .28's
-stuff...

I take mags, fingerless gloves, about 1000 bbs (I only got .2 right now ), and, that's about it...

When my CQB field was still open, my gear loadout consisted of:

-JG G36C
-Four Hi-Cap Mags pre-wound and filled with Matrix .20s
-1,000 Matrix .20s
-Spare batts for my red dot
-One can of Propane, one can of Green
-However many mags I had for my MP5K GBB at one time
-MP5K GBB
-Two one-point slings
-ALICE rig
-two gallons of water (at least) and a bottle of gatorade
-shemagh
-baseball cap
....and that's about all I can think of at the moment

I actually have a bag for smaller open plays set up now. Last weekend I was out till 2:30 finding everything I needed for an open play the next day. I vowed to never let that happen again. so...

-Civi day pack (Jansport ATM, want TT day pack or a swiss army civi pack when I get out of school).
-3,500 KSC .25's
-2,000 KSC .20's
-MOLLE First line
a. 4 M4 mag pouches
b. First aid pouch
c. rolly polly dump
d. shotgun pouch
e. water bottle pouch
-Compass
-3 maps of local fields/fields with opens plays. Most likely to use this bag with those fields.
-G36c, aimpoint, light, 4 mags, 1100Mah NiMh battery.
-Midland 900x radio


That's about it for my airsoft go bag... The G36c fits inside the bag(barely). So I can literally grab and go.
