Hello everyone im Jeo (my nickname, my name is Joseph), a farely young airsofter and still kinda new to the sport. i have liked airsoft for 2 yearsnow and am really intrested in such a fun and interactive exercise(ish) sport. i started out as a complete noob and was like "OMG THATS A COL P90 AND ITS $20 THAT MUST BE A GOOD GUN " and then my brother taught me the basics and now im here. i had bout about 3 airsoft guns since i first started (not counting the ones my brother sold me) and only 3 of them work (out of 7) and all are sidearms (2 springers and 1 non blowback m9) and just yesterday i won a bid on ebay for a gun usually $250 for $80 because they guy just wanted to get rid of it because he didnt care and its a high quality gun. this will be my first real gun.

now less about my (and all my guns') histroy and more about me. I am, as said before, farely young and have been underestimated by many people. but i am not to be underestimated (as one of the airsoft cammandments say) I have a original camo uniform (with stargate patches on 'em ) a digital camo amo vest, hunting boots, high quality protective glasses, and a nach for headshots. I live in western massachussettes (wich is more huntin' country than airsoft) and am in a now desprate search for a place nearby to play airsoft (southern newhampsher and western newyork/vermont are fine too) and have nearly givin up until after commenting on a friends video (scoutthedoggie) was given a nice small lists of places to go to help. so now im here in the forum, posting this topic, suggested by scoutthdoggie, and am hoping to find my solution.

got a dpms panther arms s sytem m4 and i got extra bb's plus scope with it. happy cuz i have 5 dboys m4 magazines and they are compatable

They're decent guns similar to Echo 1 and JG, my younger brother picked up two off ebay for around the same price. Kinda a pain to get the battery in but it gets easier once you do it a few times. I would recommend getting a front grip though, the bottom RIS section is rather big and uncomfortable to hold.

i got my old dboys hand grip along with a lighter spare. it wont matter if i can't find an offcial place to play near my area (western MASS) or in closer states.

Then you're set for now. Can't help ya with a place to play though, i'm down south in VA. Best i can tell you is to do a Bing or Google search on places to play near you. Playing outlaw style with a bunch of friends or others in your area who play isn't bad either unless they all have crappy guns.

I'm afraid I can not help much with fields, since my slice of America is a few miles west of yours (I'm in New Mexico, haha).
edit: You know what? I believe I just thought of a few people to talk to on here. Look for a guy named S.T.O.R.M Airsoft and a guy named MetallicAirsoft. STORM only shows up every once in a while though, and Metallic only logs on about once a week, it seems.

Welcome! I see that you wish to find some fields nearby Mass. It might be a little far, but in Rome, NY (just a few minutes from me in Central New York) there's a CQB place that recently opened up. Also, there's a field out near the Finger Lakes, but that might be too far. I know that there's a bunch in the NYC area, but I don't look down there 'cause it's too far for me.
