"NCIS" explained himself to me as having been hospitalized with some ailment and was home for the last few months on bed rest so he has nothing better to do. But I doubt that...he's just another little kid sitting on his meth-addict mommy's laptop looking for some attention. And he's succeeded in getting it!

Although I don't think "Victor Tango" is "NCIS"...the location is different, no?
He listed his age as 13...so he really shouldnt be here in the first place in my honest opinion.

Thats ridiculous. It seems to me like he's got some kind of mental disorder, and I don't mean that in an insulting way, I mean I seriously think he's insane.

The definition of insanity is doing something over and over expecting different results which is in this case right on

anyway NCIS is just some kid who like to try and cyberbully/troll although he is terrible at it. because he always gets revealed in the long run.

anyway back on topic. NCIS just finds some sort of excitement out of being a troll. i think he a satanist of sorts. although he fails to really cause any of us pain. or maybe he a masochist from all the emotional pain we have caused him from kicking him from our airsoft family! >_<
