QQ = is game speak for crying like a little girl. the OO is the eyes and the ,, is the tears.

But yeah thier crazy. They pretend to care about the enviroment but thier just crazies. People like them give conservation a bad name.

EDIT::: Durke hit it right on the head...no one uses it in the original sense but it basicly means the same thing. If you tell someone to QQ more it means you think they suck and they need to hit /uninstall
