I'm pretty sure Lipton puts something addictive in their lemon iced tea. I've drank a gallon jug of it in 2 days.

So... what are YOU "addicted" to? Food/drink/products NOT drugs tehe keep that at home

Diet soda, except I actually am... I am addicted to the aspartame, and my kidneys are shutting down because of my huge intake level. I also have almost no vitamin D or vitamin C... So... my addiction is killing me

Really, for me it's anything in the fridge that is drinkable and tastes good.
Tea, juice, coke, chocolate milk, and yeah that stuff. If I find it in the fridge its gone...

Caffeine It doesn't matter the form...except coffee...coffee tears me up.
Any other form of caffeine I. Must. Have. Or. Else. Everyone. F*cking. Dies. (**do note that**)

I have the opposite effect with caffeine, it makes me tired and I lose my appetite.
Though I must say, Lipton is quite delicious...until you get about halfway done with the bottle and your mouth gets weirdly dry and it all tastes the same.

I have kicked a lot of my addictions. I no longer eat candy, I no longer drink soda, or any type of drink except the rare occasion where I go out to eat (I drink water, milk, and hot green tea and other asian style teas), as well as 100% pure fruit smoothies. I am eating pretty healthy now.

Now as to answer the thread question. . . I am addicted to those Naked smoothy drinks, I like the green one with veggies and fruits. . .

Yup, healthy addiction but it's also $4 a drink.

I usually like yummy tasting drinks, so here is what i decided to do, I decided to just buy a crapload of bottles water (or get just a water bottle) and just put in some Crystal Light Powder.

This is how i plan to cut back on my soda addiction.

Mountain Dew. But I have recently been drinking less, hopefully preserving my life span haha

I drank a 12 pack of diet coke today, so yeah, im cutting back a bit.

I'm addicted to coffee (black coffee). but I recently heard about this study they just finished. it was an eighteen year study on the effects of coffee. apparently one or two cups of caffinated coffee is good for you. I was like "yes!"

Gatoraide...
Before my two root canals, I had a BIG Gatoraide AM in the morning, a msall reg. Gatoraide when I got home from school, and then another BIG on if I had hockey.My dental work cut back my gatoraide consumption quite a bit, but I still average 1 every other day.

tea..... apple crisp.... ummm
but I don't get tons of sugar or caffeine (had 1 soda, I was asleep for 30 minutes(just woke up!)
