Which secondary??

I think both would be an excellent sidearm to my Plastic Fantastic, however the shotguns so Dern expensive...yet rare, and epic.
But so is a sawn-off Thumper....ARGGG

Definitely the 870 so Smexy. Plus it can shoot up to 10 bbs at once. Seems more practical and cost efficient (not throwing out 100+ bbs at once). Then if you really wanted to in the future you could invest in the m79. I personally would want the 870 over that launcher.

I am getting both, however both these gentleman have made me offers and I don't want to keep them waiting, so whichever one I choose I'll have to tell the other one not to hold it for me.

And btw, if you choose to fire the 10 BBs at once, they go alomost nowhere. reccomended is 3-6.
Also, how am I going to sprint with that thing slung over my back?? It's fly everywhere. The M79 will tuck-away nicely.

Well I meant for super close quarters. Well for your for you to keeping it from flying around, I am not sure right now will try to think of something. If you needed to you could always use the 870 more effective as a primary than the launcher.(IMO) But in the end it is your choice.

Oh I'm not shooting the ScatterGun down, I'm just trying to state ALL PRO's and CONS.
I could buy one of those shotgun "Sheaths" (No idea what they're called), it's like a long tube that goes on yor back.
Another PRO about the M79 is the fact that at my field, it's treated like a REAL Grenade Launcher. There's a dozen cabins on one of the fields at my locale AS park; if the cluster from your Launcher makes it in a window of a cabin, everyone in that cabin is out

Oh yeah I forgot about that rule on your field. (where did I read that lol?) I agree with you on that part. I still say 870 mainly because it is discontinued. Another thing with the 870 is that those shells are really expensive for a few. But it is the same thing for the Grenade Launcher, but those shells are more available. And there are multiple types for the grenade launcher so you can always change it up. I believe the thing you are thinking of is a Shotgun Scabbard.

There are some for you. Plus it protects that beautiful wood. But if doesn't look like you will be able to get it out that easy though.

Take the shotgun.... Grenade launchers are worthless.

Not neccesarily, they'd be pretty useful at my field, as stated above.

As of now, I'm honestley leaning towards the M79 simply due to it's size.
