I bought my ICS m4 about a month ago, but i just got the special battery today. After half a mag the cylinder cracked and now I still can't use it! Very frustrating. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Get an RMA from Airsoft GI... unless you expired your warranty by waiting a month to shoot it.

You can try and contact them but most reports of their service that i've seen pretty much translate you're outta luck.

Worst comes to worst (not really?) you can just buy a new cylinder and have a good tech replace it.

Well, supprisingly Evike said they would replace the gun since they didn't even sell the battery it uses.
