Best shower shell?

So, as many people dont umderstand, the performance of your grenade launcher does not depend on what type of grenade laumcher you buy.
Its the shell, the grenade that makes it perform as it does.

So in buying shells for my M79, im looking for the best. Doesnt need to shoot the maximum 248 rounds, but i do want it to shoot around atleast like 100 rounds, maybe guve or take. The more the better though.
So i need to know the highest quality shell i can get to get the most out of my launcher.
