Ok i have a red dot scope used for hunting(crossbows) and military purposes, its not cheap I just want to know if this would go well with sniper rifles?

Your goal with a sniper is to shoot form a distance..Red dots are for CQC more then sniping. The reason for this is that a red dot has no actual magnification. And since you mentioned its not cheap remember there's always a chance that you will get it shot out ^^

lol k..just remember.. don't go over board with the scope chance of it getting shot out
