I guess I could say what inspired me to start this site up anyway. I was a member, and a very active member, in a very popular airsoft forum that is still big today. I loved the community there, and it had a very large and helpful member base. BUT, one week the Admin of the site shut down the site for one week, and had the site redirect to a political video on Youtube bashing the president and making a few other political statements. Everyone was outraged, including myself. Probably 75-80% of the veterans of the site left entirely, deleting their accounts or getting their accounts deleted by the Admin or Moderators for speaking out against the political stunt the Admin performed. I'm not saying the Admin is a bad guy, or that the members who stayed are wrong in doing so, I just couldn't believe what had happened, and still have a hard time with it. And I still see similar events occur on other airsoft forums (not all though). That's why I started this forum, and will continue to put effort into building it. "No Hating. No Politics. Strictly Airsoft." That's what I think an airsoft forum should be. So that's that This site hasn't seen success by my doings though, but by all you guys/girls.
I'm glad you're all here though, no matter how you found the site

| Found this forum by chance using Google one bored evening, stayed as a guest for a while, as I scoped out the mmod here, liked what you were trying to do, and decided to join the ranks.
I'm glad about the No Politics Rule, I do not understand US politics, I have no influence in them, however they do have an effect on me. But then I don't understand UK politics either? |
