| Actually this could be moved to the AEG section , but seeing as how I do not have that power I will instead answer your question right here and now , lets see the JLS SCAR is supposed to take any TM ( or Tokyo Mauri ) upgrade easily . Tokyo Mauri upgrades shouldn't be to hard to find , and in fact I have found some the links can and will be found below . Lets se the JLS SCAR has a fairly low FPS rating , so upgrading this gun will be just about a must , unless you have already upgraded your gun . These are two upgrades below , they are fairly costly , but a SCAR user shouldn't be to stressed for money , although the JLS SCAR is a cheaper http://www.airsoftgi.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=Tokyo+Marui+Upgradealternative . | |

| This is an open ended topic and it could go in any number of places, so for now I will leave it right here,,
The JLS will take TM parts, actualy it will take most parts from TM, CA, G&G, G&P, since ICS has its own specs and has decided not to follow the mainstream with after market parts, it would be Hit or Miss with trying to install thier Products.
What kind of tuning are you planning on doing ?? Higher Power, Higher Speed ?? Not all tunings are the same.

| hey, A_S, the link you provided is a dead end. You may want to check that out.
@ Gracie, Like everyone else said, it takes Tokyo Marui upgrades, which are the most popular, and common parts/upgrades on the market. You shouldn't have trouble finding anything.

| Ok here is the thing... If you don't really know what everything is then don't try to upgrade just yet. Look at videos and sites on the web or ask questions here about what things are and how they work. Otherwise you may end up totally screwing up your gun. Other than outer looks for the gun all of the motors and tighbores and gearboxs and basicly the same only there are different variations on everything. This is why I say wait so you don't screw up your gun or buy stuff that wont work or has less quality then what is already in the gun. | |

| killyouno5, that is what I have been trying to do and why I made this Topic. Although I think , but I am not sure, the airsoft shop that is a half an hour can put upgrades in the gun. I just need to know what upgrades do what. I have looked at them on places like Airsoft GI and most of it confuses me , except for tightbore barrels, springs, and nozzels | |

| For an increased ROF, and you insist on internal upgrades, here is what you are looking at changing, UPGRADE to, TM High Speed Gears ( Helical ) Bore Up Set, Type ``O´´ MadBull M110 Spring DeepFire Half metal tooth Piston Piston Head ( POM or Metal ) Metal Spring Guide with Bearings Metal Bushings ( Bearing Bushings are an Option with this kinds of tuning ) Soft Hop-Up Rubber and nubbing, the Shark clear would do nicely 6,03 Inner Barrel ( PDI, Prometheus, Laylax, MadBull generation II would be my reccomendations) A Large Type battery, nothing larger than 10,8 V or lower than 8,4 V Hummer 1300 or Systema High Speed Motor Does this help ??? Will that be Cash or Charge ?? | |

| A High Torque motor is for power tunings, M130 or better, High Speed tunings are usualy done below this level. High Torque = More Power, OOH OOH OOH High Speed = More RPM, Go Faster !!! | |

| A type `` O´´ Bore up set is the set with an oblong Hole, offset in the middle of the Cylinder, The reason of the hole is to relieve suck resistance as the piston is being compressed. | |

| Yeah , you need the hole to reduce the chances of barrel suck , and trust me that is the last thing that you want . | |
