It's a good gun, is it going to be your main weapon though because it dosen't have the greatest range. If it's going to be a back up for your sniper I would say deffiently.

Then maybe you should go with the TM version even though its plastic its internals are better but if you have a budget get the E1.
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=246&products_id=2610 or thats an E1 thats an M5 but its very effective.

I have already praised the E90 on this site many times, in one or more of YOUR posts, so you already know my opinion on that weapon, i say it's GREAT. Even GREATER deal, and probably the ONLY good deal for what you're looking for, for under 200 dollars.

or a HFC T77 http://www.airsoftpost.com/full-metal-generation-select-fire-machine-p-25030.html

i wish you good shoping...

Kkoerber, have you ever actually shot a MAC 11? I have, and I'm pretty familiar with it. It is indeed a GREAT weapon, but a deffinate NO for a primary weapon. Especially in CQB. That thing runs out of ammo sooo fast, It really isn't efficiant at all. It's really meant to be like a snipers side arm, whip out when you need a quick kill or just to cover your own escape and get out fast. Not a primary.

i own a KWA Mac 11 and i would say that it is a great gun for CQB but the standard clip that comes with it is horrible and makes the gun jam (only on full auto) but i think that 20 rounds a second is pretty good and you get 50 shots....... if you really wanted you could even extend the barrel length.

and to fix the jamming problem just buy a HFC mag and then you have a great CQB gun for the price...

yea kkoerber is right it is a great gun he let me use it in cqb once and it worked great...but u do have to conserve ammo...but the Isreali armed forces use it extremly well as a main arm in some divisions...so go Mac 11

it doesn't go through to much ammo but it sure puts out a lot. you can empty a 50 round clip in less than 3 seconds, with its 20 rounds a second.

I would say go with the E90. It can hold much more ammo, is very reliable, and comes with a silencer and red dot sight.

I would recommend any gun with a folding stock then so that you could use it in cqb like a smg. you could get a g36c for example.

Not true Evil or Very Mad you can have mag leaks, seal problems, slide jams, and of course barrel jams. Gas is just as reliable as a electric gun. You also have a limited number of shots you can take depending on how much gas you have on you, same goes for your maH for your batteries.

Not to mention the fact the cold winter day will recquire more gas than a warm summer day.

Element frvr, just get a MP5k, AEP's are crap.

Ok that is true, but you aren't even suposted to use gas guns in the winter due to the whole freezing issue

point proven, are you going to buy a side arm you can only use when it is above 50 outside or are you going to buy one for the entire year.
Elementfrvr also said he does not want a gas gun, assuming he already has one but can't use it right now just go with my reccomendation.

I have been hit with a Full-Auto burst from abut 30 feet away....the E90 is not 395 fps. It's in the lower 300's. Keep in mind that many sites over-estimate quite often.

AEPs are all crap, agreeing with LW. I like gas guns, think they're great, have three, but thats beside the point. He said he didnt want one so shoving them in his face again and again wont help him Wink MP5's are good, but I still think you should get that E90.
