Here is a conversion chart for Joules to FPS. This is the standard for unit of measurement for PDI springs.
A 100% spring would be 0.8 Joules.

130% - 370 fps
140% - 380 fps
200% - 430 fps
250% - 440 fps
280% - 450 fps
330% - 460 fps
360% - 470 fps

I have a feeling that my table may be of, although, It was from redwolf airsoft.
Here is a PDI chart for aeg springs on evike. My previous chart was for VSR springs.

Something to keep in mind, reference Charts and Tables should only be used as a General Guide,

Manufatures are constantly trying to improve on their products, using new materials, different production methods, different styles of winding/coiling...

So the given numbers can have some large differences depending on the age of the Chart or Tables.
