| well, I have sort of been turned off of the Idea of an M14. my friend said that he will trade his NEW UTG mk96 for my slightly used utg m324 gen. 3. would this be a good trade on my part? basically Im asking which gun would you rather have in stock form (no upgrades)?the UTG M324 gen.3 or MK96? | |

| i have the M324 and it is not worth trading for the MK, well mines not. it will also depend on what color the stock/forgrip are the single color ones go for for $100.00 and the digital camo ones goes for about $105.00-$110.00 and all these prices are from ShortyUSA.com[list=1][*]

| OH! In that case then yeah, as long as the other gun is in good condition (and I would ask if I could just it and give it a once over) then yeah, by all means trade!

| make sure your friend knows what he is trading for, also have a third party witness the exchange. Just for the sake of, if either of the guns break there will be no heated "discussions" about the true owners of either weapon(ie, the M324 breaks so your friend wants the L96 back because his broke...). if you can get it down in writing and make sure you are both happy with whats going on.
Other than use heavy BB's, I have no other advice!

| cool, I'm gonna go ahead with this. my freind likes the look of the m324 (he has no Idea how to be a sniper. he has no Idea what it means to dial in a scope, he has no patience,he has no Idea how to apply tactics, and his Idea of a sniper has been irreversably altered by movies and CoD) Thanks for all the help guys! | |

| i have the M324 and I have 2 friends with the MK96 and i have shot both very much so i know wat im talking about. so the UTG is lighter and less expensive but has about 50 fps less( not too much) i personally like the M324 much more cus if you realy need a high power sniper then get like a king arms or maruzen i just prefer to use my sniper then my friend's. | |

| Agreed. Go with the L96 I used to have one and it was pretty good. I just reccomend getting a harris bi-pod and some kind of scope. | |
