| i am about to start scheduling traing for my team. this is the first training they will have been givin. what excercises should i do and what can i do to keep them focused? | |

| Well the number one thing you have to remember is to keep it fun. You don't need to run training like a boot camp.
I suggest: -Basic target practice (force on target) -Advance motion targeting (firing while moving/ firing at moving targets) -Individualized target practice (catering to each role's needs) -Maybe some force v. force scrimaging -Squad movements -Communication

| Make sure there all in shape. first day find there current abilitys then work so they go beyond that. Push ups and running with all there gear on is a great way to train. | |
