They are making these to replace the M4s on the battlefield . I saw it on Future Weapons , it has the fire power of the M4 but it also has the length of the Mp5 . It resembles the M4 in shape and looks because thats what most soldiers on the battle field are used to . Pretty soon this gun and all guns like it like the Mp7 are going to replace full sized assault rifles all of the battle field all over the world . These are also called a new type of weapons in stead of assault rifles they are called Compact Assault Rifles , CARs are something like that I don't know but in reel steel these guns are great .

No offense Alabama but Future weapons also said that the 6.5 Grendel was going to be a hit. The XM8 was going into service in 2007, the SCAR was going into service in 2008, and the KAC PDW was being used by US SOF soldiers in Iraq and A-Stan..... None of these are true, and I'm sure the army would not be so stupid as to replace all current assualt rifles with Sub Compact assualt rifles...... Can anyone say crappy range? But then again they did make ACU...... Silly arm chair generals!

In fact the only issues or to be issued products that Future Weapons reports on are already in the production stage or on the battle field...... Maybe in the future we will have ray guns with super short barrels but for the time being I really don't see the any of the armed forces replacing assualt rifles with Sub Compact rifles or PDW's.

Yeah and putting into the fact that when they tested the XM8 a part of it melted , probably not what you want in a desert area just adds on the heat!

This is just not a good price at all . Plus I know about the future weapon mishaps , Sticks , but not only did Future weapons state that topic as did others. Of course I agree with you , nothing probally will ever come of it.

No buy the JG SR-25. It will have the regular stock parts, but the upgrades Echo 1 has are minimal and cheap...like metal bushings/ CA genuine gearset

Might aswell save your money towards the CA AR-10 and use that as a DM platform

The AR-10 is pretty cool. Like an SR-25 and M16 had a baby.

I'd grab the AR-10 1.) because its a CA great build and 2.) because it has auto and thats my personal jib jab
