CQB is an acronym for "Close Quarter Battle". You may also see close-in fighting being refered to as CQC, or close quarter combat. Typically, you want a compact gun with high rate of fire and mid-level fps (~350 or less). The reason for low velocity is that CQB, by nature, is very dangerous because of fast paced, close-in fighting that can expand susceptibility to injury (getting hit with a 400 FPS gun at 10 feet can do some serious damage).

Yes all of what Spl. Durkee said. If your looking for a CQB gun theres the usaul something like an MP5, MP5k, M4 Pistols, Shotguns, etc....Also a rifle with a folding or retractable stock is also considered to be CQB this includes M4, M4 Commando, AK-47 (with folding stock), G36c.

Just a recommendation I personal hate them and think there a waste of money but it is considered to be a CQB weapon.

CQB is a type of airsoft style. In which players usually use guns from 300-350 fps. Anything above 400 should not be used as CQB. The Definition of C.Q.B. means Close Quarters Battle. Fps is low because of what Spl. Durkee said, 400 fps + 10 feet away from gun = Blood, well if your just wearing a shirt.

For CQB it is recommended for a face mask, because of the rush of bb's everywhere.
CQB Guns are have usually 200-380 FPS? (Depends if its maybe a rifle, pistol, shotgun), a bb launch distance of 10-100 feet, and should be a light manuverable gun. Red Dot scopes, ETC.

CQB Guns can be a variety of Shotguns, Gas Pistols, Electric Pistols, Automatic Electric Guns, ETC. Usually use .20 gram bbs.
