| If you pull this off I will be impressed. (Not to make it seem like I don't believe you can do it, it would just be really cool) | |

| Are you making it completely from scratch or do you have a base rifle? | |

| I would skip the CSI box and go for a complete JG gearbox. Its only about $20 more, but it will last you allot longer than that CSI box will.
Good luck man!

| yeah good idea sticks but everyone listen to me fully
for some time I will not be making the full one here is why 1 the gun will be expencive and I am cheap 2 I have some parts that I can use to prototype 3 It will take shorter time to build it out of the parts I have 4 I have no big airsoft teams locally | |

| I know this might be a dumb question, but why not just buy one already assembled? I just have to ask the obvious... sorry. Anyways, if your building an m4 up... well congrats you have all kinds of things you can do with the gun!!!! Sorry, this will take up a lot of room, but here are some pics of my ICS M4 to give you some ideas maybe: [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] The Echo 1 stock is pretty nice in the last pic, but I will warn you that it will break pretty easy... the selector lever is cheap. If you don't mind having it fixed at a position it is nice though. It is also nice to fold over and have an even more compact gun. Another cool idea that I incorporated is the Readimag system that is actually just holding a hollow mag with a 9.6v mini in it. You can see the wires running into the back of it in the last pic. Several companies make fronts that are inexpensive, but are nice... I went with an Olympic arms front (longer version of my gun in pics) which matches the Olympic Arms ICS M4. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me... I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. | |

| Hey white wolf, you will also need to be getting a motor and wiring depending on whether you want a front or rear wired gun. | |

| Thanks Tank... I just like the versatility and the split mechbox design. I can literally make my gun go from 390fps to 340fps in about 1 minute. I doubt you want to spend the dough, but a Systema turbo works nicely for me. | |

| Check to see if anything on or in the gearbox is broken maybe selector plate or something not in place | |

| Sounds to me like your selector plate isn't attached to the lever on the gun... might want to check that out. If it only fires in semi and doesnt go into safety... something isn't moving. You probably wont have to take the mechbox apart to check this. | |
