Which Gun to get?

I have found two i want, i would like someone to tell me the pros and con's if anyone can of each gun.

Gun One:
Black Type 96 airsoft rifle Shadow OPS airsoft gun

Gun Two:
Mauser SR Pro-Tactical Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle

Please also state your opinion on why you prefer or would recommend the gun you choose thanx

If i were you, i'd get your Mk96 at Airsoft G.I.

I'm not sure if both guns are the same, I really don't trust amazon at all.
The Mk96 looks like a good gun, with 460 fps with a .2 bb (though you won't be using .20 bbs will you? ) and a nice grip on the back.
It has that unique L96 look, as well as a nice weight (7 pounds for that realistic feeling)
The package you get at airsoft G.I. comes with a sling (don't trust it all the time) two magazines, and a speed loader. Doesn't look bad, and its a top ten seller at G.I.

NO! AGAIN its L96 and it will always be L96 no more of this MK BS. Yeah the UTG L96! is a good gun if you don't want to/dont know how to do upgrades. Its a heavy gun and well built its also very accurate with .28 grams. If your planning on useing .20 grams you will be very disapointed your going to get a lot of inaccurate shots.

Yeah I know the .20 grams will make it terribley inaccurate

this nothing ageanst any of you guys who post which gun q's here in ask a pro, but there is a section made just for these questions.
But back to the topic, go with the l96

so the l96 or the utg?

I don't know... I think the Mauser looks pretty cool, and my guess is they are about the same as far as quality.

Anyways... its really up to you to decide. In the end you are the one that has to use it.

Not that I want to sway you, but have you played airsoft much? You might not want a sniper if this is your first gun. An AEG may be the way to go at first just to get a feel for the game.

I agree with Seabass if your looking for an L96 style gun get the UTG L96 or the Mauser they both pretty much have the same FPS. Again like Seabass said its completly up to you what you want to buy we can only suggest guns. When I started out airsofting I thought I wanted to be a sniper to but I dident have a gun so my friend let me borrow his TM G3. As soon as we started playing I immediatly fell in love with it and all my thoughts of snipping were gone. So I ended up buying a Echo 1 M16A4 and am a lot happier than I would have been with a sniper.

For any beginner spring sniper i suggest the JG BAR-10 or TSD M700 they are upgradeable unlike their UTG counterparts

UTG l96's are the same as the TSD's, and are completely upgradable with aps2 parts. If you would know that for sure, pm sniper004 and he will tell you, as he has a fully upgraded utg l96.

This is in the wrong area it needs to be moved to which gun but anyway I own a L96 and i have not had to do anything to it (upgrade wise) and it is still an incredible rifle, i can't think of any cons except the bipod it comes with is practically useless. I have heard very good things about the mauser though you would need to research on it a bit before making a descision.
