| Okay guys, I need you guys to help me clear up some issues with the WELL R2 Skorpion. We all know WELL sucks, but I asked alot of people about the skorpion and they say they love it! But also half the people hate it! 1/2 people like the WELL R2 gun, but 1/2 people also hate it because its a well, and i frankly don't know what to do. I was going to recommend this gun to my friend, but everyone keeps convincing me to get a Tokyo Mauri. But some people tell me to get this one instead of the Mauri. MY HEAD HURTS. Moderators, if you need to move this to the which gun section, go ahead. Just someone ANSWER MY QUESTION Now I'm looking at reviews on youtube about the WELL R2 Skorpion, they all say its real nice (which is why I hate online reviews, they only make good reviews of guns, and not bad ones). They all say your getting a good deal when you get it, ETC ETC. But everybody I talk to (not hearing from reviews) they all tell me to get the Tokyo Mauri one. Now i'm all for Tokyo Mauri's, but $270 for a little A.E.G/P isn't really what I have in mind. Everyone says that the WELL R2 breaks easily, that it sucks, has a lot of bugs, FPS is terrible, but can someone clear it up? Im really confused, alot of people said its good, one guy at airsoft G.I. said he'd recommend it. But another guy at airsoft G.I. told me to get a Tokyo Mauri one and I actually think he refused to sell it to me. I was at the retail store. Anyways Its complicating and confusing me. Is the Well R2 Skorpion worth $89? Afterall, it does come with a battery, the gun, a rail, a standard mag, and a drum mag. Whether the Tokyo Mauri one, comes with the gun, battery and charger (wait I don't even know.) So please, please, I beg someone please resolve these issues. Thanks -Mike | |

| The well is worth the $89 yes it may be more likely to break, but proper care and knowledge could make it a reliable sidearm. And no TM doesn't include batteries or chargers with their guns. | |

| I've seen the Well R2 employed in CQB games at local fields on occasion. First off, they defintely turn some heads. They're meaty, tough looking guns, but in their elegence they are the ugliest thing I've ever deployed. Second, I have never seen problems with firsthand models. They ARE worth their weight in salt and you'd have to rigorously use and abuse in order to break it. Of course, maintaining the gun adds to its lifespan. I see the R2 Scorpion as a great backup gun and is great for CQB, where FPS doesnt matter really. If range and accuracy is your thing, the R2 is not your gun. The Scorpion, whether real-steel or replica, is meant for spray and pray. Its a blast gun. You unleash helll and hope it hits someone. The included drum magazine adds value and this gun will always have a good response from other players. 4/5 Stars | |

| Probably just because its TM.......... Everyone thinks there the number one airsoft retailer but I like G&G better becuase you don''t have to upgrade them. | |

| Well you just get what you pay for really . I would rather you go with the Tokyo Mauri version but again thats just me . For 89 bucks you will have a Scorpion that may last a month or may last a decade . For 269 bucks you will have a Scorpion airsoft gun that is more likely to last against the usual wear and tear . By the way this does belong in the Which Gun section . | |
