| Ugh I'm looking for a serious team name, something that sounds proffesional, but cool. My team and I were playing mostly C.Q.B. so we need a cool name. Anyone got any? | |

| hmm. how about Blackwater USA? they're actually a private military contractor that got kicked out of Iraq for shooting 'civilians', but "Watch your language" if they don't have a sweet name. | |

| How about "Panther Squad Urban Attack Force"? Something along the lines of "Panther" maybe, I don't know. Haha I know you wouldn't actually choose this, but it popped into my head: "Close Encounters of the First Kind: CQB Specialists". Haha | |

| CQB eh....hmmmm... How about some of these: Urban Warfare DetachmentU.W.D sounds cool Tac. 327 327 means: CQ in alphanumeric code. CQ means Close Quarters. (Tac., short for Tactical) - Quote :

Anything to do with panthers...uhhh...no. Team named after panthers or animal = not cool - Quote :

Blackwater went after an airsoft team the used their name and logo and sued the crap out of em. don''t affiliate with any existing contractors or military units.

| Close quarters battle isn't to be confused with urban warefare...they aren't the same.
What's wrong with naming teams after animals? I mean I wouldn't name my team like Teddy Bear Force or something dumb like that. Panther...what's wrong with that?
Besides I don't think you're deciding for Mike anyways.
I like Jarhead999 76 65's idea haha

| Actually I am somewhat deciding. Me and Mike are working together to create a team in SoCal. 'Urban' gaming will make up the bulk of operations, as the field we play is central Baghdad themed. Lots of close quarter, urban fighting. I still like Tac 327 best though. The term 'urban' is too overused and commercialized. | |

| you should call it "bloody *insert # of players*". that'd be cool. like, if there's 14 people, call it "Bloody 14" or something. | |

| Moderators, please close this thread. Mike and I have gotten the suggestions we needed and have made up our minds of "team" names. Thanks for the input guys. Website will be up soon, I'll post it when I'm done

| So basically this thread was a waste of time because you and mike could have just talked by yourselves instead of asking us for suggestions that were thrown away.
Good luck with your team
