I moderate for this forum, MAA, and recently I made the call to ban a 13 yr. old kid for posting quite rude remarks and disrespecting people trying to help him inside of the shoutbox. Now according to the banning procedures I was supposed to open a poll on how long the person should have been banned. I banned him for 7 days w/o making a poll in the staff-discussion area, and basically told him to come back with a better attitude.
Now if i had control over the shoutbox I would have banned the douche bag from the shout box instead of the entire forum. But oh well he was a repeat offender.
So yea I may just quit that forum...
