M83A2 aeg not shooting

I bought this gun at about this time last year and it seemed to work fine, but at some point it just stopped shooting
-the battery seems to be OK b/c it shoots, but the BBs don't come out
-however when i hold the gun upside down, it shoots

im guessing its a mag problem, but does anyone know what is wrong?

A little more info would be helpful,

-who made the gun?
-what type of BB's do you use?
-does it have an adjustable/removable hop-up?
-Are you still using the stock mag?
-what style mag is it?(mid cap, hi-cap, low cap etc)

My friend had the same issue with his M4. It is just a magazine issue. A new mag will fix it.

i am using the same clip that came with the gun

oh also i use .12s for it because thats what the box said to use
and it does have adjustable hopup

ok well, i finally got the mag for it, and it still doesnt work. it only shoots upside-down. i think i may know what the problem is, i just don't know how to fix it--when the mag is in, it seems like there is still room for it to be pushed in, and when i put it upside down, it is pushed in. does anyone know what to do?
