| It looks like it can only hold 3. If your considering mid-caps your going to need a couple more pouches I recomend this vest. | Actually the cross draw(op's vest), can hold 6 mags..... Still not enough for me though.
aveenvp linked a rig that can hold about 15 if you place them correctly.... My brother has the same rig and I love it, not as much as mine.... But it would be high up on my list.

| No I own one myself and when the mag pouchs get streched out enough you can hold two mags in each pouch. Ive only gotten the front two strenched out enough so I can hold 8. | |
