Anyone Ever Sleep Walk?

Can anyone help me on this?
Apparently I was sleeping in the same room as my sister and she woke up last night to me yelling hah
I find it quite awesome and am trying to figure out what it meant that I was saying. She only caught a few words.
She said there was something about chaos and we had to get these people out of here. Something chaotic I don't know i was asleep and she was tired hah Anything you guys would know about?

By help I mean, does anyone know any websites that would inform me on such topics that I talk about?

When people sleeptalk, it just scares the crap right outta me......like they're posessed or something. But no, I don't know any websites.....sorry.

sounds like this one time when one of my buddies was spending the night at my house. he'd gone to sleep, but i couldn't quite get to sleep. so, i chose the best remedy. extremely violent video games. so i began playing Fable, and my buddy, Maffu, sat up, said 'that gun is better than that one', and laid back down. seeing as i was playing a sword game, i began to wonder, 'what the "Watch your language" is that idiot smoking?'

the next morning, i asked him what he'd been talking about, and he said he didn't even remember saying anything. crazy. but, i wouldn't be that worried about it, Warsaw.

one night i woke up at 2:56 exactly ( i remember because i wondered why i had woken up so i looked at my clock to see what time it was ). the next day my mom tells me that my dad woke her up from his ''sleep screaming''. he told us he had a dream (no not martin luther king jr. kind of dream ) about a robber in our house so he stood at the bottom of the stairs and screamed the crap out of his lungs. apparantely thats what woke me up, unfortunatley he stopped before i woke up so i felt like and idiot for waking up. i hope your sister doesnt have quite an experience like that

hah i doubt she did ncis, but jarhead im not worried about it at all, im just curious as to these happenings

i think we all sleep walk or do something in our sleep at some time in our lives
i've been known to sleepwalk occasionally. and i have sleep texted once. that makes me sound less like the redneck i am, but i have truly done it.

imagine the things james bond does in his sleep, well besides the stuff they don't show...

or the things Drew Carey does in his sleep. wait, i'm fairly certain i don't want to see what he does in his sleep.

uuuggghh!....*shudders*.....

although, he was a Marine. extra credit to him for that!

My brother will occaissionally sleep talk...it is the most random stuff and he like plans out sh*t so its funny listening to him say "after I do this girl, im gonna get rebecca...YEA!"

I can help, it is obvious that somthing or someone might cause deep chaos..... it also could be somthing from the day before, tell me what happened that day?

Ah you know that might have helped white, yesterday I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours waiting and waiting in the same spot forever after the fireworks ended, mean while, there were people running around out side the car and fireworks going off. That might have been the cause of it, hah me getting mad in my sleep because my car wasn't moving.

and chaos, maybe the fireworks could have morphed into artillery and you were a soldier...... happened to me once

that would have been quite cool, i was thinking when my sister was telling me that it had something to do with the military or something

i once woke up screaming about 'ivan coming through checkpoint charlie.'
i just woke up enough to hear myself scream that. haha, kind of funny, now that i think about it.

I've slept walked so much I actually got a drink of water while sleep walking according to my parents

I sleep talk sometimes. Not that any thing I say you could understand but some of the stuff if you really think about it makes sense. Ive slept walked before also but I diden't get very far according to my mom I just kept walking into my door . I also don't sleep very well and I tend to move around a lot and make a lot of noise when I sleep..... Maybe I should just be chained to my bed.
