| Nice safety glasses. Please never even do a staged photo shoot without them. I makes your whole team look irresponsible and unprofessional. And please do not tell me you play without them. | |

| He's saying that you should wear safety glasses, even if its staged. You are giving a bad rep to the sport when showing how irresponsible you are by not wearing safety glasses. | |

| This is very true, even though you are playing with some low end stuff and springers. you should alway have your safty goggles on. Even its for a promo video.
There is alot of kids that want to play, but parents will not let them because they think its to harmfull to there kids. If I had kids and I saw that on Youtube... i wouldnt let my kids play just for the fact of no face protection.

| Many airsofters only use balaclavas but having a pair of full seal googles is a must. That is all that use. | |

| yeah, Rusty, i thought it was an okay video, but i have a couple of things to point out. and i'm just giving constructive criticism. 1. like everybody else has said, please, invest in a good pair of goggles. i can tell you some pretty nasty stories about eye injuries i've gotten and people i know have gotten. eye injuries are some of the most painful out there, and it is certainly not worth it to be blind the rest of your life just because you didn't buy safety goggles. 2. (this is more of a suggestion) i find it best not to put your rifle on the ground. i think it's best to keep it off the ground when possible to keep it from getting dirty and getting dirt, debris, etc. inside the weapon. even when i go out in my backyard to shoot, i do not put it on my metal table for very long. 3. try to work on getting the team gear. even if everyone just bought some cammies, it would bring up the 'look' of your team. you will not be taken very seriously by fellow airsofters at fields if you stroll in wearing a woodland camo t-shirt. i think your gear and your brother's gear is just fine, but i do think your friends should invest in at least a BDU blouse. 4. Drill! work with your team to develop squad-level tactics! train in your backyard with empty weapons or weapons without batteries. i believe you may find this thread interesting. http://www.airsoftallies.com/tactics-f10/the-four-man-fireteam-t2286.htmthe four-man fireteam is an excellent way to bring your team together and teach them to work together. if i counted correctly, there are five of you. while the title does say 'Four-Man Fireteam', it can be adapted. just keep in mind, the Four-Man Fireteam is NOT a one-size-fits-all tactic. at any rate, i hope i helped you out, and please, please, please, please! by some goggles. i am on my knees here, Rusty. | |

| oy..... sorry I'll be nice on this but staging the shoots is rather.... off to me, but the BDU.... better than mine for most of it, I usually go off with a net almost and pour on the grass leaves wherever I operate that game. | |

| The marines style is one of their own, MARPAT is where it's at nowadays, i am basing my team off of Army Ranger and Marine style. | |

correct, but i believe the old woodland is still being used by some reserve units and ROTC. and besides, MARPAT is pretty expensive. i would have bought desert MARPAT, but six-color desert was a lot cheaper.

| oooh thats funny but I was watching the airsoft marines video on youtube yesterday. Ackward. Nice video man, but please play with goggles, it ensures you guys safety and it gives airsoft a better rep. Fox news already tried banning airsoft, we don't need a kid in the hospital and then CBS news comming up "A LOCAL KID AFTER PLAYING AIRSOFT IS IN THE HOSPITAL, WHAT KIND OF SICK PEOPLE BUY THESE STUPID TOY GUNS ANYWAYS?!"
Somewhat like what Fox News said. Sorry to not be on topic with the marines BDU, I just had to say get some goggles or a face mask.

| Hehe, thanks guys. And Jarhead I agree with you about the Camoflauge clothing. Digital MARPAT is my favorite but both of my pants and jacket were only $30. MARPAT is like $70 for both. | |
