| i have been looking to get a m16 airsoft gun. one of my choices is the classic army m15 a4 rifle (not the carbine or tactical carbine) http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_91&products_id=4924. overall it looks like a really good gun but theres is just one problem. if you scroll down and look at the specifications of the gun it says that the length of the gun is 840mm which is about 33 inches. if im not mistaken that is the length of one of the carbine http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_91&products_id=5291. after that i did some reseach and discovered that the length of a normal m16 is 1001mmwhich is about 39.5 inches. i am very confused, no other site i have gone to shows the length of the gun. when i searched the m15 a4 RIFLE on youtube and watch a video of the gun where the person didn't mislable the gun you can tell that the gun is the length of a m16https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usjHIt3lwKw but i don't want to mess up and buy the wrong gun. please tell me anything else you know about this gun (pros and cons). | |

| IMO, the KWA would be a better buy. they have better internals than A&K, for sure, but they cost a bit more than the A&K. | |

| A&K is actually OK. The only thing that's different between the KWA's is that they use a wider Sector gear system. So each tooth has more surface area to contact with the piston teeth. The one problem with the regular KWA not the 2009's is the hop up. For some reason they had to mess with the hop up and it was a unsuccessful but in the 2009 series they redesigned it to be more like the mauri giving you great accuracy. Now with the 2009 series they are also producing replacement hops for the earlier versions, expect those to go out of stock the week they hit the stores. | |
